Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll provide hands-on care, document progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
