Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence, while accurately documenting outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values integrity, respect, and quality outcomes.
