Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, support safe mobility, and help patients improve strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with staff to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
