Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, assist with gait and balance training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, respectful environment that values integrity, strong clinical support, mentorship, and manageable caseloads. Make a meaningful daily impact on seniors’ functional outcomes and quality of life.
