Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and document progress to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a respectful, patient‑centered culture that values integrity, strong clinical practice, and meaningful outcomes for older adults.
