Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, accurately document patient progress, and educate patients and families.
