Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our senior-focused therapy team in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will provide evidence-based treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for older adults. You will deliver individualized therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
