Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. As part of our collaborative, patient-centered team, you will implement PT treatment plans, support functional gains, and promote safety and independence. Responsibilities include direct treatment, timely documentation, patient and family education, and active participation in interdisciplinary care planning.
