Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, support gait and balance training, and educate patients and caregivers. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and promote safety and independence.
