Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in our skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document treatments and patient progress, educate patients and families, and support a culture grounded in dignity, respect, clinical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
