Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, train in mobility and ADLs, and document progress to support functional gains, independence, and quality of life.
