Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote function, independence, and quality of life, while benefiting from a supportive, patient-centered culture that fosters clinical growth, mentorship, and career advancement.
