Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document progress to maximize functional outcomes and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain strong communication with patients and families, and uphold our culture of integrity, respect, and patient-centered care while benefiting from mentorship and professional development.
