Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.
