Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide resident-centered rehab services in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance and gait training, and functional activities to promote safety and independence. You’ll document treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support outcome-focused programs in a clinician-centered, ethical, and growth-oriented environment.
