Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working closely with a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
