Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with mobility, balance, strength, and pain management programs, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, respectful culture that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and evidence-based practice.
