Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and families.
