Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this onsite role, you will implement PT-directed treatment plans, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence to enhance quality of life. You’ll document care accurately, collaborate within a supportive, patient-centered team, and benefit from mentorship, clinical resources, and professional development while managing a reasonable caseload.
