Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists, you will carry out individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, functional independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and patient/family education, while maintaining accurate documentation and infection control standards.
