Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, balance and gait training, and caregiver education. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and support discharge planning.
