Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional activities, and use of modalities; documenting progress; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and educating patients, families, and staff.
