Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, and functional mobility to improve independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a patient-centered, supportive culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
