Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a PT’s direction, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to improve residents’ independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include carrying out therapeutic exercises, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
