Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, patient/caregiver education, and accurate documentation.
