VNS Health, a leader in home and community-based care in New York City, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant. In this role, you will support Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in patients’ homes and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers.
