Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this onsite role, you’ll deliver hands-on treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll manage a manageable caseload, document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
