Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
