Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, document patient progress, and help maximize independence and safety. In our collaborative, patient-centered culture, you’ll benefit from mentorship, clinical resources, and manageable caseloads while making a meaningful daily impact on patients’ quality of life and functional outcomes.
