Job description
Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) ( New Graduates are welcome)
Full-Time - San Rafael, CA
Shift - Monday - Friday
What Makes This Role Different
60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions
6-8 patients per day (not 12-15)
No insurance billing or authorization battles
Leave on time - no charts at home
Structured 3-month onboarding with mentorship
Ongoing case collaboration and growth support
What You'll Do Treat orthopedic conditions through a whole-body lens
Develop or deepen pelvic health skills (mentorship provided)
Use manual therapy, movement-based care, and evidence-informed modalities
Compensation
Salary Range (based on experience & role):
New Graduate PT: $90,000 - $98,000
Experienced PT: $99,000 - $130,000
PTA: $55,000 - $70,000
