Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, document progress, and help patients improve mobility, safety, and independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to care planning.
