Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence through individualized, evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, delivering therapeutic exercises and modalities, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
