Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
