Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility tasks to improve strength, safety, and independence. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold a patient‑centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
