Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, and accurate documentation while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
