Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include carrying out therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and upholding our patient‑centered culture of dignity, compassion, and respect while contributing to clinical excellence and quality outcomes.
