Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and accurately document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
