Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care. Partnering with Physical Therapists, you’ll carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered culture that values dignity, respect, professional growth, and evidence‑based practice.
