Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to maximize independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and uphold a patient-centered culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence with opportunities for growth and mentorship.
