Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a PT, you will deliver individualized therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document in the EHR, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
