Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities; documenting progress; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and educating patients, families, and caregivers.
