Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function, while promoting safety and independence. You’ll manage a reasonable caseload, document in EMR, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
