Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help promote safety and functional independence.
