Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under a Physical Therapist’s supervision to improve patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and champion a culture of dignity, compassion, and respect.
