Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working closely with a supervising PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
