Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, ADL retraining, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
