Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one rehab services in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to maximize resident independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documentation in the EMR, communicating progress with the rehab and nursing teams, and educating patients and families.
