Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and support patients in restoring function, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
