Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our senior-focused rehab team. In this role, you will provide hands-on treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility to improve safety and independence. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
