Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to maximize independence and safety. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and measurable clinical outcomes.
